Session Overview

What does a typical session look like?

Upon the client's arrival, Amelia usually has lavender essential oil diffusing to aid the relaxation process. The session begins with about 20-30 minutes of talking about how the client is doing overall. Amelia connects with clients before the first session to get an idea of what it is they are wanting to work on and this intention is brought up again during the preliminary talk. The client is then invited to get as comfy as possible laying down on the cozy little bed Amelia has made up for them. Amelia usually uses sage to smudge the client and clear their energy. During the smudging the client is guided to take some deep breaths and begin the relaxation process. Amelia then goes over some important information to make sure the client feels as comfortable and safe as possible and that they completely understand what is going to happen during the hypnosis portion of the session...

At this point the client usually has their eyes closed. Then Amelia guides the client to connect with Spirit / Source / Creator and she says a prayer to call upon their spirit teams to assist in the deep healing. Now it is time for the actual hypnosis and Amelia begins the "induction process," which is essentially a deep guided relaxation. After the client is fully "under" and in a deep relaxed trance state, Amelia begins to guide them through an internal scan of their chakra energy system. During this process the client may experience messages coming through their senses in different ways including feeling physical sensations in the body, seeing images / visuals in the body or mind, hearing messages in the mind. Throughout the process Amelia guides the client to release stuck energies using the tools listed above. To close the session, Amelia debriefs the client on their experience and goes over key points. The meat of the session, the deep healing work, is recorded (with the permission of the client) so that Amelia can share it with them afterward. If the client has one or more chakras that need extra healing, she will share some different practices they can implement into their daily routine to continue the healing process.
